Why can’t Picasaweb permit a description or profile information in its “public gallery” (i.e. the user’s public home page for all albums)? If it can allow such a description for albums, it should allow it for galleries. Flickr has user profiles. Google too has user profiles, but no way to reach them from Picasaweb.
